I just had an excellent session with Marta. I arrived with bad neck and shoulder pain and Marta took a detailed history and carried out a thorough physical assessment. I left feeling much better with less tightness in my muscles. Would 100% recommend.

I've seen Magda several times over the past year for remedial massage, mostly to help with tight quads and lower back tension. Her massage therapy sessions are always thorough and tailored to what I need at the time, and she's used the LymphaTouch device as part of the treatment, which really helps ease things out. I keep coming back because the results are consistently great. I highly recommend her if you're dealing with tight or sore muscles

I am so happy to have found Vispi Jamooji. Having suffered with back pain for most of this year, it was reassuring to hear that we can try to heal my back without medical intervention. Vispi takes time to learn about your symptoms and concerns and works with you to find a resolution to the problem, giving sound advice. The treatment I had was gentle but effective.

Not only is Magda a wonderful therapist, but also a lovely woman who always makes me feel comfortable and puts a smile on my face. Many of my friends also visit Magda regularly - she’s the best!

I saw Dr Vispi Jamooji at the Living centre clinic. I was honestly so impressed with my appointment. I’ve seen osteopaths before, but his knowledge went far beyond what I was expecting. I have quite a complicated mix of symptoms which are not pain related and he completely understood what I was explaining, including my scan results and other investigations.
It was such a relief to speak to someone who could actually understand the different issues together rather than just focusing on one symptom.
The treatment itself was also excellent and really varied — he used several different techniques and clearly tailored everything to what he was finding as he went along.
I came away feeling really positive and like I’d finally found someone who understood the bigger picture. I’ve already booked my next appointment and am really looking forward to continuing the treatment and hopefully seeing more healing and improvement. Would definitely recommend him!

I was recommended Magda by a friend after experiencing persistent muscle pain as a result of over-exertion in the gym.
From the moment I met Magda, she immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring, and has been so helpful in treating the areas where I’ve been experiencing pain. She is also such a warm and lovely person, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout.
The whole experience was incredibly relaxing. My back is now feeling better than it has in a long time, which I’m so grateful for.

Vispi took great care of me and played a huge part in helping nurse me back to health through his treatments and rehabilitation plan. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves his craft, which comes across in both his treatments and his communication.

Highly recommend Marta Birko osteopathy, she properly warms your muscles and body up before any adjustments so your body can relax as it realigns and be deeply relaxed by the end. Also she gives you a proper exercise programme, very clear in her explanations about any imbalances and shares when a movement is having a calming effect on the nervous system, she treats the whole, including our nervous system and mental health, not just the body.
Her advice for after the session is importsnt and helpful. The clinic is fresh, clean, modern and easy to travel to on the train and just a short walk from the station. Worth travelling to

Magda gave me the most amazing lymphatic drainage massage today (the best massage of my life in fact )and I can’t wait until my next visit. The treatment was amazing, further enhanced by the lovely Neals Yard oil selection and the heated bed and extra pillows. Truly felt like a luxury experience and Magda herself was so warm, caring and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend her more highly!
