Sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We always try to help.
If we can re-let the slot we would normally not make any charge for the missed appointment. If the slot cannot be re-let a charge would normally stand. The fee for a missed appointment is the usual Full Fee.
All we ask is 24 hours notice for any weekday cancellation and 48 hours notice for a weekend cancellation.
The earlier you let us know, the more chance of re-letting the slot.
In the event of a dispute your practitioner’s decision will be final as they have onward costs to honour.
